Ingredients:
2- Large Beef Steak Tomatoes
Pepper Jack Cheese
Basil
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Slice tomatoes. Put in pan and salt, pepper and sprinkle basil on tomatoes. Put about 1/4 of slice pepper jack cheese on top of each tomato slice. Put pan into 350 degree oven for 8 minutes, then switch to the broiler for a few seconds until cheese turn brown.
