Loaded Chicken Cauliflower

Only 5 carbs per serving!

Ingredients:
3 (mine were about 4 oz each) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
1 medium head cauliflower
2-3 stalks green onions
2 garlic cloves minced
3/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbsp bacon bits

Directions:
Break cauliflower apart and steam. Preheat oven to 350. Mix cheeses together in a large bowl (taking out 1/4 cup and setting it aside). Slice your green onions and then mix everything together in with the cheese. Put in a 9x13 baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Makes 4 servings calories 319, fat 15.9, net carbs 5.4 g, protein 37.6 g
