Ingredients for the cookie part:
1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt.
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars until well mixed, add egg and vanilla . Mix flour, oatmeal, salt and baking soda in separate bowl, add to peanut butter mixture. Make 18 small balls and place in muffin tins. Bake @ 325 for 14-16 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately make wells in center.
Ingredients for the fudge part:
2 cups whipping cream,
1 cup sugar,
3 tbsp cocoa,
3 tbsp corn starch,
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla..
Directions:
Boil over medium heat until thick. Pour into wells and let cool
