1 C Brown sugar (packed)
1/2 C Flour
2 C Chopped pecans
2/3 C Butter
2 Eggs
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, flour and pecans together in a medium sized bowl.
In a separate large bowl, beat butter and eggs together. Stir dry ingredients
into wet until combined. Batter will be very thick.GREASE MUFFIN TINS GENEROUSLY or they will stick. I used coconut oil.

Spoon batter into muffin pan about 2/3 full.
Bake at 350° for 16 minutes
Let cool for about 5 minutes, run knife around edges and pop out.Makes 12 regular size muffins
