Chicken Crunch Wrap

Items needed:
(measurements depending on quantity)
1 chicken breast, diced
1 can diced green chilies
1 can of re-fried beans
Shredded cheese
Flour tortillas
Fried rice--previously prepared (optional)
Tortilla chips-- broken slightly

Cook chicken breast chunks. Add diced green chilies to chicken.
Take flour tortilla and spread about 1 tbsp re-fried beans in the center. (Don't spread too far out, about 2 inches in diameter)
Sprinkle some cheese on beans, add 1 tbsp rice, another tbsp of chicken chunks, placing all on top of cheese. Now sprinkle some broken tortilla chips on top of chicken.
Beginning on one side of tortilla, fold toward center over top of ingredients. Work your way around the edges of tortilla until you have it nice and tight and it resembles a circle some what.
Flip the folded sides down onto a griddle press, being careful to not let it spread open. Put a dob of olive oil on top and close lid of griddle press.
Cook until it has a nice golden color to it. Your folds will not open now. They will be pressed and pasted to make a crunch wrap!
