Overnight Oatmeal


Ingredients:
1/4 Cup of quick oats
3/4 Cup of greek yogurt
1/4 Cup of fresh fruit (raspberries, blueberries, cut peaches, whatever you like
1/2 Tsp ground flax seed
1/2 Tsp of chia seed

Instructions:
In container with tight-fitting cover, mix yogurt and uncooked oats along with flax and chia seeds . Stir in desired fruit. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 3 days before eating.

Perfect for busy mornings, and travels well to work or school.
