PB & Jelly Gluten Free Cookies


Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg white
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp stevia
pinch salt
10 tsp jelly

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients well and spoon 10 cookies into a baking pan covered in parchment paper. Bake 6 minutes or until try to the touch. Top with 1 tsp jelly and enjoy!!! Mmmmmm
